Eva Lee’s animation Reteach a Thing Its Loveliness screens at Streaming Festival 6th Edition, December 1-18, 2011, an annual international festival exhibiting unconventional audiovisual art by independent artists.

Eva Lee leads master class at Aldrich Museum, resulting in student installation of Pumpkin Faces on the porch of the museum, just in time for Halloween.
  • On view at The Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, Pumpkin Faces is a contemporary interpretation of the Jack O’Lantern theme, played on repurposed TV monitors. Laura Alindogan, Rebecca Brand, Nick Ryan, and Julia Siewert, four local teens, each created individual animations in a master class led by video artist Eva Lee, Oct 14-16, 2011.

Big Screen Plaza is an innovative venue for video, film, live and interactive content located at the 10,000 square foot public plaza on Sixth Avenue between 29th and 30th Streets, New York City.   • Eva Lee is a digital media arts coordinator at Kalachakra 2011, the Dalai Lama’s Event for World Peace, held at Verizon Center, Washington D.C. from July 6-16, 2011. She also produced video presentations of photographs about Tibetan culture for jumbotron screens.

Lights on Tampa 2011, view of new Portal, the first of twelve planned for installation along the Riverwalk. The event hosted an enthusiastic crowd who came to enjoy site-specific public art created by national and international artists.
