Eva Lee's "Division Twist" is in "Pondering the Marvelous" at Wave Hill.

YOU AND 'THEM!'

Outside, Wave Hill's acres of woodlands are easing into deep autumn. Inside, artists meet nature in "Pondering the Marvelous": Emilie Clark's watercolors are responses to the 19th-century work of the naturalist Mary Ward, and Karla Knight's paintings are funny, happy diagrams of nature gone perkily wrong. Continuing the theme of nature's freakiness, Wave Hill screens "Them!,'' the 1954 nuclear sci-fi ant attack flick, today at 3 p.m.

West 249th Street and Independence Avenue, Bronx;

9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; free until noon, $2 to $4 thereafter.
