Dual Brains Upcoming Performance in NYC

Artist Eva Lee Dual Brains EEG performance
Eva Lee and Aaron Trocola in Dual Brains, a live brain data-driven EEG performance inspired by neuroscience studies which demonstrate that empathy is hard wired in the brain, especially under conditions of duress, in which holding hands helps to reduce stress. The performers’ EEG data is visually presented while they focus their minds on emotionally charged memories, first without physical contact and then while holding hands. Sound created from EEG and ECG data. Performance duration, 3 minutes.

I’m pleased to share that Dual Brains will be performed in Harvestworks/Thoughtworks Arts exhibition, on opening night, March 6th, NYC. Part of SPRING/BREAK Art Show, 4 Times Square (Chashama). Entrance at 140 West 43rd St. 5-9pm, Please come join us!
